Reservation Conditions – Riad Sultana

1. Reservation
Your booking is confirmed only after a deposit or written confirmation (email, message, or booking platform).

2. Payment
The remaining balance is due upon arrival, payable in cash or by credit card (subject to availability).

3. Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before arrival: no charge.

• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total stay will be charged.

4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM – Check-out until 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with an extra fee.

5. City Tax
Not included in the room rate. A city tax of 40 MAD per person per night is payable on site.

6. Children & Extra Beds
Children are welcome. Extra beds available on request and subject to availability.

7. Pets
Pets are not allowed.

8. House Rules
Please respect the calm atmosphere of the riad — quiet hours after 11:00 PM.
Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms without prior approval from the management.
